PIT CARE IS TIT CARE - TOP 5 EMPOWERING FACTS
TOP 5 EMPOWERING FACTS
#1
THE HEALTH OF YOUR PITS AND TITS ARE INTIMATELY CONNECTED
by a cleaning system in your breasts and armpits called the lymphatic system.
It is your body’s remarkable waste removal system.
It collects waste from your breast tissues like bacteria, infections, damaged cells, inflammation, proteins, immune cells, etc, filters and neutralizes the waste that has the potential to be harmful to the health of your breasts.
Every day cellular waste is created in your breast tissues simply by doing their jobs – in addition to the heavy extra load of waste created as a result of environmental toxins seeping into your breast tissues that need to be extracted and whisked away.
This waste must be collected and shuffled out to keep your breasts clean and healthy 24/7.
It’s like a vital travel network of collecting and transporting waste away from your breast to keep tissues healthy.
#2
APPROXIMATELY 75 – 90 % OF ALL OF THE WASTE COLLECTED FROM YOUR BREASTS MUST TRAVEL TO AND THROUGH YOUR ARMPITS
where that waste is neutralized and filtered before traveling back into your bloodstream to be peed and pooped out.
So, now you know, your pits are not just a source of odor! They are a big deal in this process of managing your breast waste and supporting your everyday breast health.
In your armpits are what’s called lymph nodes. These lymph nodes are workhorses – I like to call them your breasts’ superheros.
This is where all the toxic waste that was collected from your breasts is rendered harmless before being sent back into your bloodstream.
FYI, you have three parts to this lymphatic system:
1. Lymph fluid collects the waste from your breast tissues.
2. Lymph vessels carry the waste to cleaning stations.
3. Lymph nodes exist in clusters around your breasts and are akin to the garbage disposal and drain of your sink.
#3
MOVEMENT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME
There must be constant movement within your lymph system to support your breast health.
As waste is collected from your breast tissues, it must flow through the deeper layers of the skin on your breasts, to your armpits, your main waste processing site, where the “garbage disposal” is, and then quickly shuffled back into the blood.
Like your kitchen sink, if the water is flowing, but the plumbing/garbage disposal is clogged – it wrecks the whole process and creates a backed up mess.
If your armpit lymph nodes have too much work, and are exhausted and sluggish, toxins collected from your breasts will have nowhere to go, so they park themselves in your fatty breast tissues.
These toxins are irritating and pissy little buggers. When left unchecked in breast tissues they can trigger the beginning process of inflammation and possibly disease.
Efficient armpits lymph nodes are essential to – and are charged with the enormous task of keeping your breasts clean and healthy.

YOUR PITS AND TITS NEED YOUR HELP
The mechanics of lymph movement in your breasts, is different than from the rest of your body.
Breasts are what’s called “endocrine glands.” They are hormone producing tissues. Hormone producing tissues leave more cellular byproducts, a.k.a. waste. Endocrine glands always have a more extensive lymph network because there is more to clean up and move out of your breasts. These hormone producing breast tissues are more vulnerable to environmental insults (endocrine disruptors, ect.), and the damage that happens from inflammation that occurs with over and under unnatural hormone production, as well as naturally occurring hormonal fluctuations. But, the subject of endocrine glands is a biggie and for a whole other article.
So, back to lymph movement... In your body, it is muscle contractions that are the main, not only, but main drivers of lymph movement. Here’s the kicker! You don’t have any muscle in your breasts. There are much weaker drivers that move lymph like small contractions in the lymph vessels themselves – but it is not strong enough to do the job on its own. This is a big subject as well. I will expand on this in another article.
To put it simply, lymph movement from your breasts, to and through your armpits, needs a lot of movement support.
Here are a few powerful ways you can support the lymph movement in your breasts:
(1) Drink a ton of water – water with electrolytes. Lymph is approximately 95% water. When your body is dehydrated, lymph is compromised.
(2) Deep breathing stimulates lymph movement in your breasts.
(3) There are powerful healing herbs known to and used by healers today and in centuries past for the very purpose of supporting lymph movement. This combined with massage – wow!! This is why I created my Bestie Breastie Deodorants. To support the process of keeping your breasts clean and healthy. To support the movement of lymph efficiently from your breasts to and through your armpits.
(4) The natural bounce of your breasts, unencumbered by a tight bra helps free up lymph movement tremendously. I’m not telling you not to wear a bra, just let them dance freely throughout the day. Your breasts were created to move, not stay confined and restricted 24 hours a day.
(5) Upper body/shoulder exercises movement.

YOUR ARMPIT SKIN ABSORBS!
Did you know that 90% of all breast cancers are linked to environmental factors. That’s right, they are not genetically motivated according to our Government’s National Institute of Health, Breast Cancer Action Organization, as well as many others.
What is supposed to clear these environmental toxins and the health hazards they wreak out of your breasts? Lymph.
Before we begin it will be helpful to know what kind of tissues are inside your breasts.
You only have three kinds of tissues in your breasts: (1) Fatty tissue. (2) Connective tissue (3) Glandular tissue.
When you are younger you have more of the “glandular tissue.” As you get older and go through pre, peri, and then menopause, your breast tissue shifts to having more fatty tissue.
Both glandular and fatty tissues have their own set of lymph challenges in relation to today’s external and internal stressors. Both require a hardy and resilient lymphatic system for support.
A large percentage of environmental toxins are fat soluble AND/OR endocrine disruptors – This makes breast fatty tissue and glandular tissues in our breasts targets and magnets for these environmental toxins. That’s right – these environmental toxins absorb into your breasts from our external environment through skin, breathing, digestion.
This is a big subject. There’s a whole science to chemical skin absorption (environmental, body products, pesticides, even large molecules like aluminum molecules, etc.) and it’s a big and complicated subject.
Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (a great organization to follow), has an article on their site talking in detail about this. If you’re interested, here’s the link: https://bcpp.org/how-do-we-know-cosmetics-are-absorbed-into-the-body/.
The good news is that armpit skin absorption can be used for good.
Good things can also penetrate the skin. This is why I formulated and created my line of Bestie Breastie deodorants, armpit detox, and breast massage oils. Many studies show that anything that is fat soluble can penetrate breast tissue, because the deepest layers of your skin are largely made of of fatty tissues.
The combination of herbs infused into oil is the bomb! It is why I partner nature’s pharmacy in a fatty base and it is such a powerful breast health supporting tool. Check out my line of Bestie Breastie products for your daily dose of healthy breast care support.

REMEMBER
1. Remember, Mammograms are early detection not disease prevention.
2. The best time to embrace proactive and intentional breast care is when your breasts are healthy
3. Your breasts are hardy and resilient – brilliantly designed to sustain their health with a helping hand.
